Was AmFest a Win for Patriots?

Restoring Order - EP 353

On this episode of Restoring Order, I discuss AmFest, the infamous Woman Propaganda slap incident, and a recent essay by David Azerrad on the so-called JQ.

I start off by reviewing a clip from Vance at AmFest, in which he says that people no longer have to apologize for being white. I then review inaccurate and bad-faith responses to this from both the right and the left. I then give my thoughts on the event overall, including the speeches given by Ben Shapiro and Tucker Carlson. I conclude the first half by talking about the absurd responses to an AI-generated image of Captive Dreamer and Nicki Minaj. Is Academic Agent one of the dumbest guys on Twitter? He says he isn’t, but I’m unconvinced.

In the second half of the show (available to subscribers), I discuss the AmFest straw poll. What does it say about the state of the right? Switching gears, I recount the Woman Propaganda slap saga. I explain why being thinskinned online can lead to disaster. Toward the end of the show, I discuss David Azerrad’s article on the Jewish question in Compact Magazine. I outline the parts of the essay with which I agree and offer a few critiques. What might those be? Tune in to find out.

Note: Riverside failed to pick up the audio for the browser tabs, so there’s no sound for the clips. Apologies!
